The Public Affairs office provides support for official studio portraits, ISOPREP, and passport photos during walk-in hours.

The studio is open on Saturdays and Sundays of the official drill from 10:00am to 2:30pm.

To request an official photo or video support for an event, promotion, or retirement ceremony, please fill out an AF Form 833: Multimedia request, found on the Public Affairs SharePoint page and the Air Force E-Publishing site (http://www.e-publishing.af.mil/), and email to 136.aw.pa.org@us.af.mil.

If you're unable to access the Multimedia Request Form digitally, printed copies can also be picked up and filled out in the Public Affairs office.

Public Affairs can also loan out photo equipment to your unit if we are unable to support your request. To request self-help equipment, call 817-852-3344.
