Jan. 12, 2026 2026 Texas ANG Outstanding Airman of the Year Awards The 136th Airlift Wing had five Airman nominated for the Texas ANG Outstanding Airman of the Year (OAY) awards. Two of those Airman were selected as OAY for their respective categories.
