A Texas Air National Guard C-130J Super Hercules from the 181st Airlift Squadron, waits for pallets in the initial shuttles from St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands to Puerto Rico, in support of a Contingency Response Exercise Feb. 23, 2023.
