McGraw takes command of 136th Airlift Wing
(Center) Col. Christopher McGraw, 136th Airlift Wing incoming commander, assumes command of the wing from Maj. Gen. Dawn Ferrell, Texas Air National Guard commander, during a change of command ceremony here January 26, 2019. McGraw comes to the wing after serving as director of operations, where he was responsible to the TANG commander on all matters pertaining to the direct operational planning, training, deployment and employment of more than 3,000 Airmen in three flying wings and five geographically separated units.
