C-130H Air Ambulance
Displaced special needs patients are being evacuated from Beaumont, Texas on-board a Texas Air National Guard C-130H from the 136th Airlift Wing with assistance from the 142nd Air Evacuation Squadron of the Delaware Air National Guard the attending medical team tasked to ensure patient needs in-flight.
