Modern Day Campsite
Back in the Rough Riders day, a campsite meant sleeping on the ground open to the elements and getting bit by critters. Todays Soldiers and Airmen of the Texas Military Forces have the modern day tent cots to accommodate their austere conditions caused by Hurricane Ike on Galveston Island. the cots are self contained sleeping tents to protect them from the elements and critters.
