NAVAL AIR STATION JOINT RESERVE BASE FORT WORTH, Texas --  Col. Keith Williams, 136th Airlift Wing commander, highlights to his Citizen Airmen his key three Rs (Respect, Represent and Reaching Back) to remember during their deployment to the Texas Border mission, Operation Lone Star. Governor Greg Abbott along with the Texas Department of Public Safety launched Operation Lone Star designed to integrate the Texas National Guard to deploy air, ground, marine, and tactical border security assets to high threat areas within Texas.
